Maggie is sevenish years old—a recent new member of Joe and Bonnie’s family. She may be an old lady in years, but she’s a little rascal in spirit. Utterly lovable, silly, sweet and so happy, she’s just the very cutest. They rescued her from a Bulldog Rescue organization, and it was made clear that she was clearly a big momma at a puppy farm. It’s tough to tell how many pups she’s had, but she still acts like a puppy in spirit. Despite being rather arthritic, walking in a waddly/limpy way and having a host of wonky issues, she’s so energetic and happy. A perfect member of Joe and Bonnie’s happy family, I am so very delighted to have gotten to go out and frolic with them for an afternoon. I just wish we’d remembered to bring a balloon—she’s psychotic for them. Next time, guys! See if you can spot her spectacular snaggletooth. It makes my whole day better.
