I know I’ve been a little incommunicado—I suppose that’s to be expected over the holidays. Internet access has been a little limited/spotty out here. Nonetheless, I am delighted to bring you a sneak peak of a wonderful family frolic I did on Christmas eve. Not your traditional pet shoot—the Kerrs own both a horse and a pony, and both wee girls can ride! Kooky, right? I’d never shot horses before, really. Turns out, they are extra-magical in the snow (despite the fact I’m not *at all* a winter person). The Kerr family was pure cuteness, and we had such a lovely, nutty time. Just wait until you see the whole thing. It was wintry, playful, equine, crazy kids magic.

What a lovely bunch of photos. I especially like the one with the girls looking both happy and silly! And that horse, I just want to stroke his head. He looks docile. Was he?
They were SO sweet. As you know, I used to be rather fearful of horses—they’re such immense, powerful creatures. But these two were just the cutest. They nuzzled up to me and everything!
Dude – I have a HUGE weakness for horses. This looks amazing! Bring it on!!!!!!!!!! I want more of this one fo sho
